Royal LePage Grand Valley Realty is currently hiring for the position of an Administrator/Office manager.
Responsibilities:
Open, process and close all real estate transactions  (Lonewolf software).
Prepare and send commission invoices to lawyers and co-operating brokerages.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Deposit cheques.
Organize and prepare bank reconciliations for all Trust Accounts.
Effectively and efficiently assist agents and clients with questions and concerns.
Answering phone calls and managing email.
Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages, and lawyers.
Managing & scheduling support staff.
On-boarding and set up for staff/agent profiles in Broker wolf and other programs used in office.
Other duties as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications:
Real estate office administration experience preferred.
Experience with LoneWolf is preferred.
Must have excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.
Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Applicants must have exceptional attention to details, ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision, a high degree of professionalism, strong communication skills and most importantly a positive attitude!
